Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo ranked #6 at the box office during its opening weekend as part of the “Monthly Eva: Evangelion 30th Movie Fest. 2025–2026,” a special revival screening series for the franchise’s six films. The screening ran from January 9 to January 15 and featured the “3.333” version of the film, along with the short Evangelion: 3.0 (-46h) and the motion comic Evangelion: 3.0 (-120min.).

The festival will continue with Evangelion: 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon a Time, which is scheduled for revival screenings from February 13 to 19. That screening will present the “3.0+1.01” version of the film.
